Scanned but not connected?
Some phones open the Wi-Fi settings page after scanning instead of joining. Two ways to finish:
1. *Fastest:* open Settings → Wi-Fi → tap the scan/QR icon (next to "Add network") and point it at the code. It joins instantly on every Android.
2. Or tap the network name in Wi-Fi settings and type the password — if the card hides it, ask your host.
iPhone cameras join automatically. Most Tecno, Infinix, OPPO and Samsung phones need the Wi-Fi settings scan (option 1).
The QR code is generated entirely on your device — your WiFi password never leaves your phone. Works offline. Android and iPhone cameras both read WiFi codes natively.
